It’s officially November, so now is the time to shift into holiday planning mode. 1. Target

Target is one retailer known for offering big discounts on Black Friday. But you don’t have to wait until Black Friday to get a great deal as you fill your cart with holiday shopping essentials. Leading up to Black Friday, the popular store will have weekly deals of up to 50% off.
