Home prices have seen a notable downturn in ZIP codes across all regions of the United States.
In a handful of U.S. markets, home prices have been plunging for a year now, according to Realtor.com. In these ZIP codes, values have fallen by up to 25% over the past 12 months, according to an analysis by Realtor.com economists. No part of the country is safe from this downturn, with Realtor.com noting that the ZIP codes on its list are found in all four regions of the nation.
